Completion of roofing works and grading operation of Mega Warehouse project

According to Mega Warehouse construction progress report, roofing works of main warehouse, in parallel to grading operation was basically completed, achieving 90% as planned in June by its Owners which are Toda Industries and Meito Vietnam.
Owing to rainy season, construction of these items encountered a number of difficulties. However, having offered Nippon Rika Vietnam consultancy of strategies and construction of Nippon Rika factory, the Owner of Toda Industries, together with consultant and construction agency had implemented tons of methods for ensuring health and safety at work, as well as putting the most modern vehicles and equipment into operation to fully facilitating the work at site.

Lately, Toda Industries Corporation has signed a contract with CNA-HTE Vietnam contractor for supply and installation of Ashita Wood decking for swimming pool area of Saigon Centre Phase 2&3 project, located in district 1, Ho Chi Minh city.
The work of installation of Ashita Wood wpcs at Villa 15, Vinhomes Central Park, which is Vietnam’s most modern and luxurious villa, has been started at the same time with that of at Estella Heights Phase 2. After more than 2 weeks, wall decorative panels and outdoor pool decking have been basically completed.
Toda Industries has successfully fulfilled our mission of supply and installation of wood plastic composite louvers at a luxurious apartment and office building of The Everrich Infinity, whose contractor is CotecCons Group and investor is Phat Dat Group.
